As a Bible believer, the key to accomplishing the will of God is knowing what the plans of God are for your life. Even then one must be diligent to seek the Lord wholeheartedly. The plans that God has for every individual are personal and different from person to person. There are many denominations but the bible teaches us that there is one Lord.
How do you know your calling?
- Know the word of God
The Bible teaches that we are sanctified by the word of God. John 17:17
The word sanctified is defined as to make holy, i.e. purify or consecrate; to venerate.
So to know the word you must be partakers of the behavior that is produced by the living word that abides in you.
- Seek the Lord Wholeheartedly
Ephesians 6:7-8 NIV
7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.
- Stay pure in Heart
Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
